VINIFICATION
In terracotta amphoras of 320 liters, slow fermentation occurs in contact with the skins followed by aging.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES The amphora adds complexity to the nose with smoky sensations. Soft palate with a pleasant finish of acidity. Structured and fresh in the mouth. Aromas of red fruit with cherry prevailing.
