GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay
VINIFICATION
Fermentation with brief maceration in 320-liter terracotta amphorae.
After being separated from the skins, it remains in the amphora until disgorging, followed by a long aging on the lees for a minimum of 36 months.
Disgorging and manual corking.
ORGANOLAPTIC NOTES
Yellow color with golden reflections.
The nose is dominated by citrus and bread crust with hints of white chocolate.
On the palate, it is elegant and savory.
