VINIFICATION
Slow fermentation in 320-liter terracotta amphorae with contact with the skins, followed by aging. ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

The amphora adds complexity to the nose with smoky sensations. Soft on the palate, thanks to the natural micro-oxygenation of the terracotta. Very powerful in the mouth. Red fruit aromas.

- Serving temperature: 15° – 18° C;
