INNOVATION IN AMPHORA: TRADITION AND COURAGE IN THE HEART OF VALSUGANA
De Fattore winery, led by the young brothers Alessio and Simone, is a small company redefining Valsugana’s oenology. With courage and innovation, they produce authentic wines vinified in terracotta amphorae, combining tradition and modern techniques. In addition to cultivating classic varieties like Chardonnay, they experiment with ancient and resistant varieties, focusing on the rediscovery of the rare Pavana grape. Their ambition is to create benchmark wines, including a Metodo Classico Brut Nature sparkling wine, the first in Trentino to be vinified in amphora.
